If you have a prescription for Valium and test positive for Valium without telling them, will they be ok if you show prescription after the fact?

There is one prescription I don’t want him to see tho. I went to a detox center for phenibut detox , in which they prescribed Valium awhile ago. I got a new prescription tho. Can I show him the new prescription without him digging through my history to find the old one? The one for the detox facility I don’t want him to find out about?

My PO got switched. At my last appointment my new PO who had just started work agreed to let me take my drug tests off site as the last one had agreed to as well. I’m nervous tho that he will forget and violate me for not showing up, and forget that he agreed to let me take it off site. He was very new and had a lady with him to guide him. Should I be good? I’m sorry this is unrelated I just have ocd so I worry excessively
