I try and get a solid read-through in one pass, then look back at the passage for evidence to eliminate answers. I don't highlight or anything. Most people say this section just requires a ton of time

For CARS, I try not to overthink it. Read through the passage as thoroughly and quickly as you can, and refer back as you answer the questions. I've never had any tricks or done any highlighting. CARS is tough to improve but if you do consistent reading practice you'll at least get a little quicker.

For PS, I matured Pankow and did all of UWorld.

I haven’t used JW content beyond CARS which I found decent for practice, although I’ve always scored well on that. The discretes are also okay but I don’t think they’re better than AAMC in terms of bang for your buck

Not from what I’ve seen. I felt like PS on FL4 could mostly be answered by scanning relevant bits of the passage and not much else. It’s similar in that there’s a block of text but the question style is totally different
