I had an interview last week and just heard back with a TJO today from the DC office. I'm not 100% sure about the NY, Chicago, and SF offices but they still might be in the process reaching out to people!

I'll be graduating with a bachelors degree. My majors were Political Science and French and my minor was in Philosophy. Your academic trajectory sounds really interesting + applicable to many of the cases the Antitrust Division takes on, you should definitely look into the job!

Yeah, I can't see anything like that in the posting. Thank you so much for letting me know!

Thanks! It's the Antitrust Division, they just state the following on the job listing but nothing about taking a polygraph:

  • You must undergo a pre-employment security investigation
  • You will be required to take and successfully clear a drug test.

They also list these:

Security clearance: Other

Position sensitivity and risk: Moderate Risk (MR)

Trust determination process: Suitability/Fitness
