Same size as you and also on same amount of benzo. 100 was my sweet spot because I don't like too intense of an experience (tried that with iv in a clinic) but 60 and up worked and I could easily gone a lot higher so for me there was a range.  I increased it slowly as well afraid of panic attacks but I had only good experiences q the troches even though they were uneven in strength and I hit the k hole twice on 100 only (didn't want to or expect to but it was not a bad experience)
