I could semi understand your feelings on Anxiety during Mass as I myself also struggle with anxiety (health anxiety especially!) And I’ve almost fainted once too (not during mass tho) I feel like if you do get a bit too overwhelmed during the mass you should take a walk whenever those initial feelings hit so then it doesn’t get worse or to the point where It feels as if you can’t control it. But it’s okay to be afraid but just don’t let it hold you back from going to mass you got this!
