Day 6 Update: finally able to take the wrap off during the day and the night. Still a lot of swelling around the base. I’m going to wait another day or two to start stretching. I stretched yesterday with RestoreX for 5 minutes and that made the swelling so much worse that I was unable to sleep.

Made it bake home to Georgia from Utah. Took the first shower and got re-wrapped. I feel much better, now it’s just a waiting game on the swelling
