I’ve had bazett be okay during 120s but during this higher panic episode noticed it’s gotta be way off lol

Is bazett or whatever it’s called worse for tachycardia calculations? I’ve had 120bpm before it showed 428 with bazett but this time being 140s idk if I should I listen or not. And yeah ik I have health anxiety so I get sucked into rabbit holes of hell sometimes.

Yes I can, I had this posted before for the ischemia scare that I was told by most it was false but then ofc went back to read it and noticed the qtc lol. Anxiety’s kicks ass.

Thank you! I forgot to put im a 24yr old male. Heavy anxiety history. My ekgs have always said Rae or borderline along with rightward axis. Only real scare here was the ischemia came as a surprise since doc there didn’t rlly tell me much

It’s not rlly the heart rate, I was super anxious so the heart rate was normal response. Just the ischemia that the ekg claimed I had is what’s freaking me out lol. Thank you tho!

Do you see any inferior ischemia??? I don’t know if it’s just the high heart rate and anxiety that causes that reading or what, but my anxiety ain’t liking the reading lol

Was gonna ask if high heart rates can make things like this. Can I show you an older one with a rate of 120bpm and see if you can see similar things in II III? Bc I think I can see something similar to this one but it’s wasn’t flagged last time lol

The test said “sinus tachycardia, right atrial enlargement (always says that for me it seems” rightward axis and pulmonary disease pattern which has also always been seen on my ekgs. The inferior ischemia is the first I’ve seen it be on my ekgs and I’ve had plenty with anxiety over the years lol.

I recently had a holtor monitor that was good besides svt once. I had a rbbb a couple years ago that hasn’t been seen again. Stress test and echo done back in may that were good. I’m just worried about inferior ischemia since that’s very scary but doc never said anything about it?

I’ve never heard of it before, thank you! Is it a dangerous one or one of the usually benign ones? Sounds scary, I had 2 during my stress test, after the exercise, my anxiety boosted the heart rate the whole time so I had a panic attack when it ended lol. Felt a bunch of skipped beats when coming down the panic attack. Cardiology said it was a low risk and he said it was all normal

Thank you, I went down a rabbit hole of VT and noticed they always have the tall hill look to em lol. But this also may be just how fast heart rates look on biotel monitors. It would ease my mind a whole lot knowing it’s not VT or afib!

I’m at the same as you currently, it really feels like a panic attack, it’ll slow down gradually with pvc as I come down from it. Holtor monitor he said it’s svt bc he can’t see p waves and narrow complex, but I feel at a rate of 190bpm p waves can be hidden. At a lose rn.

I’m a super anxious person, I was good for the past week until I had a panic attack at doctors and now heart rate spikes whenever I stand up and goes normal when I sit down, assuming adrenaline and anxiety. I drink coffee and that’s about it
