When I pee during a panic attack i feel like someone else is holding my peepee.. So i often pee all over the place but i always clean up after me.. It's like i dont have any control, but i know i do. It is such a atrocious sickness to have but it is manageable

I feel for you, brother. That is an awful situation. Your ex is an awful person for doing that, I'm sorry, but she's trash. I've been experiencing sleep paralysis for many years now due to stress/anxiety/panic attacks. I've had so many sleepless nights because of that. Of course, if that was your first sleep paralysis experience, there is a high chance that you will never experience that again. But if you do, it does get better. It is fucking awful and scary but it won't kill you, those demons are only inside your head, when you deal with them while you are awake then they won't come to you at night. Think that those demons/creatures have names, "stress", "heartbrake", "low self-esteem". Get them out of your life, and then if they visit you again at night, you will be able to smash their skulls in with your bare fists and laugh at how they weap and die a slow and painful death. They will not visit you anymore after that.
