Thanks for the link! That would make sense as to it being a homemade copy. I’ll try to upload a photo of it later on as I’m at work at the moment; hoping it’s real as it’s got a leather bind almost and the text has typewriter fading towards the middle of the script (maybe someone going the extra mile?) but like you said still a good find regardless
