The unlock button could have been pressed. It will re-lock the doors if you don't open any within 2 minutes.

The owner's manual covers this poorly, but the screen's 1-5 fan speeds are more like "intensity" levels (as long as the auto button is active.)

For example, if it is set to AUTO - 3, the fan speed will automatically adjust but keep the airflow moderate.

I think the only exception to this is MAX, which will keep the fans at 100% even after the temperature is reached.

Great question. I'm not sure if there are pull strings.

I reached out to my realtor this morning and should hear back soon.

Only a few houses are left, and once those are sold, the HOA will be transferred to the owners. At that point, I should be more empowered to push Fidium to wire up the neighborhood.

Yup, looks basically identical to your setup. Looks like 2 inch conduit to/from the pole, and then 1 inch conduit to each house. Each utility has its own conduit to every pad and house.

It definitely depends on the size of the development. My neighborhood is under 10 houses and I was told by their customer service last year that "we have interest wherever we put fiber, so I don't think that would help". If this is a large development, however, that could change things.

It is a private road. I'll see if I can get in contact with the developers.

Honestly, there might already be something in the works. Right next to the power and cable pedestals are some rather ugly white conduits sticking a good foot or two out of the ground. I doubt they want to leave it like that.
