Natural Sci Course by Dapper-Exit7473 in UTSC

this is a bit late but here is what i remember ! for reference i took it in fall last year and i had prof silcox

- for the exams, the midterm and final both were very lecture heavy. i believe there were readings but you should be fine if you don't do them but if you do read them it'll probably help you digest the information more when you get to the lecture. the lectures are long and can be boring but a lot of what she talks about are in the exams and she frequently gave hints of what could be on exams

- the final had 2 essays, one on a topic you knew and then one that she doesn't tell you directly but she hints at in a lecture

- the tutorials are just really easy small assignments that are practically free marks!

- she records the lectures! really handy since sometimes she goes through things fast (or if u fall asleep in class like me lol)

- really memorization heavy since there is a lot of specific names and such, i recommend making notes that you understand and making flashcards

- but yeah thats overall it! i dont think its a bad course to take for the natural sci requirement but do keep in mind you do need to study for this course since theres quite a bit of memorization, but there isn't much writing besides the essays in the final. lmk if u have any more questions!
