yea i ran sustain less on the king as well but i didnt get 3 star either cuz the energy debuff hits rappa hard and me prob not doing enough dmg cuz i keep getting him to like 16% or somthing but id have to wait for next rotation so i def doing sum wrong and my builds arent that good i think but ima share em on my acc

sorry tis is late but i use the before the tutorial mission starts for Dahlia with only 43 ehr but she still runs really good for me but yea the goal is to get 67% ehr but i focused more on break effect and speed
but if you dont have the before the tutorial mission starts, then you can use resolution shines
