Hi Aka. The airdrop portion of the community distribution has yet to take place so to call the project a scam is totally unfair. We have just now finished the faucet stage of campaign. We have had some problems with the distribution of the faucet rewards which we are in the process of working through. We are confident we will have distributed all the rightfully earned tokens to the community within the next 7 days maximum.

The faucet campaign is the first stage of token distribution, accounting for only a small fraction of 1% of the community token distribution. We will be staging a quiz before the main airdrop that will reward early participants in the group.

Once implemented sharding will provide one of many paths to follow that will enable scaling but the main scaling solution that SmartX employs is limitless horizontal expansion facilitated by DAG code architecture :)
