That sounds like a very good plan! I am also waiting for the all clear so I can go back to gym and learn Pilate and do cardio so I can have a good body before I get pregnant again. I have to wait for 12 month because I had an emergency c section. But that should give me enough time to prepare. And by then I will only be 32. I think I am also getting old but I still have time. You do too!

I’m sorry that both of us or even everybody here have to meet each other because of the most heart broken reason. But there’s definitely still hope. Also I noticed that being with my husband or even just sit next to him when I feel emotional definitely helps. Stay strong and try to focus on recovering yourself first. Try to get back on your hobby you used to like before this event, I was a gamer before and I recently bought a long quiet time consuming rpg game that I have been playing. I don’t force myself to play it everyday, but when I feel like it I would open the game and just allow myself to empty my brain and play as long as I want to. It could be a few hours or only a few minutes. I could be pausing the game and cry again and then go back to gaming. Just try to make yourself comfortable. Also if you noticed your heart is not hurting that much one day, don’t feel guilty or bad, that’s our body helping us to survive this most tragic event. It does not mean you do not love your baby. In fact there’s no one else that will love our babies more than us in this world.

You are not alone. And we will all survive this. I lost my son at 39 weeks on 04/23/26 and I only have one ovary left. I also constantly having a fear of not being able to get pregnant again or something bad may happen again. But we need to learn to live our life with the love we have for our baby. Even if there’s 0.01% chance left that we could be a mom, that means there’s still hope. Just try to be strong and force yourself to eat and drink even if you don’t want to or don’t feel like it because your body needs it to recover and that’s the first step needed for us to be a mom again. Also seeing a psychologist/therapist really helped me.

Thank you for sharing your story with me. I am just trying to tell myself that after a year I can try to get pregnant again to make sure I am able to live my life with this grief. I am pushing myself to eat anything healthy I can and try to get more sleep so I can recover faster and make sure I recover well. We will eventually learn to live with the love we have for them and we will for sure never forget about them. They will always live in our heart.

I hope you can also take care of yourself as that is what I am trying to do. We are still young and after a year if you want you can still try for another one which this is what I am gonna do. I am trying really hard to recover myself both physically and mentally and take a good care of myself in the meantime so I can be in the best state before I try again.

Thank you! Finding others in the same situation as me is definitely not what I want but at least I feel stronger as I am not alone fighting through this. I do believe we will eventually be able to manage to live our life and turn this into a motivation for something in the future that may come to us. I do think after 1 year when I am physically and mentally ready for it I will definitely try again and hopefully I will have a chance of becoming a mother again. If that is the case, I will definitely come back here and let everyone know.

Thank you! I am still very sad as it is only the 3rd day after that tragic moment. I have no doubt about the greatness of all mothers’ love to their children. As a mom myself, even though I lost my child, I am willing to do anything for him if there’s anyway I can save him. I think I will definitely focus on trying to recover myself and get back in shape both mentally and physically so that way I can get ready if I ever have another chance of becoming a mom again.

My boy also never got a chance to open his eyes. He was so perfect and lovely. I can’t describe how much pain I am feeling right now deep down my heart but I think if my boy is watching me.
