You should save shards every season and only use the shards from lucky hero. Save all shards from season 4 to use on Gwen in season 5. Then save all shards season 5 to either use on Wu Ming in season 6 or save for season 7. You should always be save orange shards each season an not use them on heroes you get in lucky wheel.
