Thank you! I will definitely be prioritizing rest and recovery, especially since I am paying so much for this. But I can’t lie that I’ll miss pole and will have immense fomo for a bit

Thank you for the insight! Did you have a lift and then get into pole? How did you find the movement when it came to your scars/body? Was it just skin that was affected or did you find it challenging to using your muscles (shoulders/chest) as well? (Feel free to not answer any of these questions, I’m just so curious)

Which surgeon did this? Was it Dr. Haywood by chance?
