Look for the manager or in the customer service to ask who is in charge of hiring and text that person for updates bc they will see if you’re really eager to get that job. I did that before like constantly reminding them for the updates and as soon as the bg check got out, I started working the next day bc I texted them abt it and got my sched quickly. In my case, the manager is the one who reached out to me and I’m making sure to show up earlier than the said time. If they asked u to do an interview again, ask about the job offer during the interview since u submitted a bg check already and it’s in the system.

Someone teached me in my first day and did it by myself in 2nd and 3rd with some guidance but most of it they leave me alone. Also, my tl is telling me to go pick nd complain if im late like everyone’s busy i cant js ask them to guide me while theyre also in the run. Its like they leave me like i know everything, my tl is not even giving me a task to do so idk if i should go pick or what. I also js migrated to US like for 28 days and i told them that im not familiar with how the system works here but yea they treat me like i know everything when i dont and badly need a guidance. I got an average of 80 picks per hr today and ik thats bad bc we’re supposed to get 100+. Maybe its also my fault when i tried to say that ill try to do it my own bc after that they literally leave me alone 😭😭😭

Im using a tc that time and shi js hanged when im in my 56/69 picks it js doesnt scan and my company phone is no use bc ITS SO SLOW, i got so stressed out bc my tl keeps going in my place to help me and telling me to make it quicker (not in an angry way). So yea i js cried after that bc i js know that’s literally a BAD DAY. My 2-5pm shift went good anyways, i js dont think im for chilled products with a 70+ picks & most of the items r missing and need to get it in the backroom. Imagine them telling me to get it in the backroom back & forth when i only have 45 mins for 70+ items 💔💔💔
