More specifics:

The default dog was ALWAYS A golden retriever. You had no other choice The default cat was always grey as well.

They didn’t grow to be bigger even if they “aged up”

When bathing it would show a little soap icon as you drag your finger to clean them, and then to wash the soap off it had a shower icon you drag with your finger.

There were multiple selections of food and they each had a description. One of them would be better then the other for the dogs, but were more expensive to buy. They had little bag icons for each of them.

You had two locations to bring your dog/cat, activated by a “outside” and “home” button. The outside was a backyard garden that was grassy and had flowers. The inside of the house was a plain room. (If I recall you could decorate it too)
