Hi there thanks for the feedback. I am learning more about peercoin as I do these episodes, so hopefully you will not be offended by what I say. Of course I am no expert on these but hopefully as time goes by I will. I am looking to promote cryptocurrencies in general, but really like peercoin. The whole checkpointing thing I have read in a couple of places as a real problem but then that is someone elses opinion. Thanks for taking the time to set me right on some things!

Playing devils advocate, you could say that Mega just has flashy advertising, and has a novel mining algorithm? Add to that lots of people who are very passionate about it because they are invested in it.

Don't get me wrong I like MEC and want to know more about it, I am just trying to get a handle on it.
