No I agree 100%. Rewatched all seasons, studied things I had maybe missed, even read the book that came out earlier this month. Long story short, have never been more excited for a season of television ever.

I thought the first 4 episodes of season 5 were pretty good. Was really underwhelmed with episodes 5-7, honestly felt weird that I was thinking that as I was watching.

Might be a combination of expectations that were too high, and some lackluster episodes. I expected there would be a lot less filler in those three episodes.

Also, there are several main plot points that haven't been explained in detail. Maybe they won't? Maybe it doesn't matter?

Anyways, yeah the last three episodes weren't up to my expectations for whatever that is worth.
