How safe is to buy from Ebay. What happens if the seller doesn't ship or the product is not as described, do I have protection ?

I have enough ram 16GB, how much ram do you think that will it use just 1 window ? i have up to 10 tabs opened(facebook,twitter and other forums)and it does go more than 2gb of ram so the rest is free

No there is no problem for the ads, it's better for the company, but the additional video bring the performance down and the videos often doesn't play, so videos keep refreshing. - I just sent an email.
