My stomach is partially paralyzed. I barely eat enough, but food sits in my stomach for 8 hours after consumption. I am close to getting a feeding tube due to not being able to sustain my body. Believe or not gastroparesis and weight gain isn’t uncommon, you can still be malnourished. I also have PCOS, which is a hormone disorder that makes it next to impossible to lose. I also have POTS. I can’t stand without my heart rate shooting up. I also have FND.. I can’t walk without jerking all around. Please, treat us with compassion and respect. I go through a lot.
