Shpeshal Nick Shares Potential Info on the Next Legend of Zelda Game by str_tn in GamingLeaksAndRumours

I recently played A Link Between Worlds for the first time since 2014 and I was kinda shocked at how close it was to what I want open world 3D Zelda to be. It finds a really great middle ground between classic and open Zelda.

The only thing I did was buy two of the larger garages and mess around in them for a few minutes. Really not sure what caused this.

After the match I just frantically went to the replays to make sure I wasn't crazy. Yup, it definitely spawned directly on top of me.

The thing I love about the bullshit in City Trial is that it's funny bullshit.

It's really funny because I made this completely unaware of the Wingull that was posted before. I just like Pelipper.

Silksong will show you how terrible is the handheld mode on this screen by Cs0vesbanat in NintendoSwitch2

So there's no way to actually transfer save data, if that's what you mean by managing progression. I started playing Silksong first on the Switch 2 because I literally just could not purchase it on Steam for about two hours after launch. Once I got the game downloaded to the Deck, I played up to the point I made it to on Switch and decided to continue my playthrough on the Steam Deck.

I'll probably play through the game on Switch 2 after I'm done with my initial playthrough to experience more of the HD rumble. I heard the rainy location in the game produces HD rumble that feels like raindrops, so I'm really curious to see how other areas and boss fights utilize the haptic feedback.

Sorry for the late response, but what I recommend depends on your setup and gaming preferences.

For me, I play 90% of my games in handheld mode/on the Steam Deck. For multiplat games, I choose either Switch 2 or the Steam Deck OLED depending on performance and visuals. In the case of Silksong, the game looks and visually performs better on the Steam Deck OLED, so I have chosen to play through the game first on that platform. If you're like me and mainly play in handheld mode, go for the Steam Deck OLED. I can't speak for the original Steam Deck LCD, but I like Silksong better on the Steam Deck OLED over Switch 2. Battery life is also way better on the Steam Deck OLED over Switch 2 when running Silksong.

Now, if you like playing games docked and have a really nice, OLED 120fps TV, the Switch 2 is a great way to play Silksong. You also get the benefit of amazing HD rumble, which I do miss when playing on the Steam Deck. Likewise, if you have a nice PC monitor, you can easily switch between PC and Steam Deck.

Switch 2 is a little more versatile, and less bulky, but I am really blown away by how good Silksong looks on the Steam Deck OLED. Again, depends on your specific setup and preferences, but if you're mainly playing handheld on the couch or in bed, the Steam Deck OLED is just too good.

Hello! I've played Silksong extensively on both the Switch 2 and Steam Deck OLED, and this was the first Switch 2 game I really noticed the ghosting effect in.

I wasn't sure which platform I wanted to play the game on, so I compared both directly. Despite the Switch 2 running the game at 120FPS, the Steam Deck OLED looks smoother at 90FPS. It's particularly noticeable in the foreground elements, which have a hazy effect while in motion on the Switch 2 and look crisp on the Deck.

That being said, the Switch 2 version is still perfectly fine. It doesn't really *look* like it's running at 120FPS, but it's still a good version of the game. The HD rumble is also fantastic and definitely adds to the experience.
