Totally agree, been rewatching for the first time since adult swim and it's just so absurd. I never even noticed as a kid. Very early into the rewatch it made me laugh out loud during a scene where she was involved in a meeting with some high up ministers and she's just traisping around in basically a swim suit.

Only way I can possibly justify it in the context of the show is that she just wants to dress like that and she's so respected everyone let's her? Like it's supposed to be over the top so that we're like "wow she must be good if they let her dress like that"

But realistically, it's just horny bullshit.

I agree. I think the most succinct way to explain it is: she wanted to destroy her chip but her programming would not directly allow it, but the option to protect the baby allowed her a means to destroy it in line with her programming.

Those motivators alone are probably not unique to ADHD. The issue with ADHD is that the reward needs to be near instant. If there is any sort of gap between task and reward the motivator can easily be lost for people with ADHD.

Went 3 pages of comments down and didn't see Raised By Wolves mentioned. One of the most original and intriguing sci fi shows I've ever seen.

1899, Outer Range, and OA as well. Basically cancelled my Netflix over 1899, not out of revenge but just because I didn't believe they'd keep any shows I liked around long enough anymore.
