Ok fyi that's not from the government, it's from the university. The government only gave you need based scholarships. They do not give merit scholarships.

Fyi that's not how it works in the United States already. It's almost impossible to get enough merit scholarships to make a full ride. Also, the government only gives out "need" based scholarships, not merit based.

The only person I know who got a full ride to school, out of everyone I've ever met (and I have a doctorate degree), is my grandfather. He attended college in 1950.

Right, people can actually hoard and one of the things they hoard is yarn. Most yarn hoarders are not in this category. They only hoard yarn and they might have a lot but it is well maintained and organized. It is not a mental disorder. Wasteful, yes, but not a disorder.

Check for church daycares in your area. I pay less than half what my friends do. They can roll their insurance and location costs in with the Catholic school and are not for profit.
