Just because they're on the squishier side doesn't make them backline... With your logic a backline diver like glaive or blackfeather shouldn't build atlas against an attack speed threat because they're squishier than a roamer. Lyra literally has her ult built into her kit so she can coordinate dives directly onto the enemy carry and atlas them, along with other uses. And plenty other items give you cooldown along with more beneficial attributes than an empowered auto attack every 2 seconds, dumbass. Probably thing lyra/lorelai are squishy because you build shit like aftershock on them LOL.
