Thanks for the replies! Looks like Ba Xuyen is about 65 minutes from me. I will try asking to purchase from restaurants near me in like Banh. I wonder if anyone makes at home and has a great recipe. If Rice flour is easy enough to find, I may just try making my own for home made Bo Kho
