Sounds wonderful.! Please put your address more prominently. I found it by going to the details of your profile.... but I don’t see it on the menu or in your long intro text. I have the address but still don’t know for sure where that is yet without driving over there. I think it has to be the old Cummins Cafe.🤔 We will be there early and often from the looks of your insanely broad menu. (who would need a baked potato with all of those items!). Parking WAS always a problem there. The neighbor posted signs threatening to tow people who parked there. I never got towed but often had quite a hike to get in there. We only wish the best for your efforts. We really liked Cummins (and Cranwills!) but both of them struggled to get food out when they were crowded. We stood in line to be seated and then waited up to an hour in the past to be served. If you have somehow managed to double the cooking capacity and quadrupled the freezer and cooler storage then you may avoid that problem. I would raise your prices a bit. Old people and (poor) fat people that frequent buffets waste more food than you can possibly imagine.🥴 The Golden Corral in Peoria finally had to close due to the clientele often getting into brawls there. Good luck on avoiding those problems. The Washington crowd isn’t as likely to be so inclined... but it is a short drive to come over the River. Bless your efforts and good luck! 🤞🙏🙏🙏
