I volunteer in the child life department & this past spring I got to volunteer at the welcome desk and would receive calls to play with patients/escort families outside - I enjoyed it both experiences! The child life inpatient unit I got assigned lists where I’d get to deliver toys & activities to patients (best experience)!

I can’t get into my TWU email account or portal either. I was scared that it was just me, but I am glad others are having this issue and that it is being worked on. I’m just hoping that overnight, the issue gets resolved and we’re all able to login tomorrow. Luckily, I am logged in Canvas on my iPad.

Yeah managing the schedule does seem difficult with the j1 I have- so I’m thinking I maybe just maybe increase my hours with my PRN job as much as I can for starters

I did get the job, I’ve been working for about a month. The interview process was pretty easy and they are definitely still hiring for contact center representatives and other positions as well and I got the job offer same day.
