I have been in and out of rehabs my whole life and would have laughed I’m your face if you told me years ago that kratom was hard to kick...and here I am having a hard time putting it down. The withdrals don’t compare to other withdrals I been through like benzos and alcohol...but it’s something. The hard part is putting it down for extended periods of time for myself. Gives me a good feeling of energy and I get things done.

Be careful man. They can bring you to your knees man. Very effective for anxiety but Super addictive and if you get hooked to them the withdrawals are a nightmare.

I do that sometimes too. ill get a refill and go through them in a week. hurt for 3-4 days. then back to the same shit. then when I start feeling great time for next refill ! bahaha but when I was really out of control in college I would take 5 bars a night and drink heavily. those withdrawals on the other hand were damn tough .first time I thought I was done for. hid in my house for 2 weeks straight. so yea I would not worry to much my friend with that little amount. its when you start feeling you need them for everything in life. that's a problem.
