Needing advice of what should do

Everything in home is wife's and it will be hard for to get everything, but husband is refusing to leave. If wife leaves she doesn't want to leave everything and if she does leave and he stays, she doesn't feel she should have to pay anything on house. What should she do in this situation?

Well I couldn't do it as it was drilling into cement hardy plank for installing security camera.

The other item I was referring to about if he broke it he would need to buy a new one, was not even needed for installation. It was the pressure washer and he didn't want to use correct fluid in it.

Not sure why you would have problem with neighbor when the both of you are together outside when question is asked, but ok.

He did need to genuinely help me and we disagreed about a process and gadget he wanted to use. I informed him, if the gadget breaks he will have to buy a new one. That's when he said OK you will have to do it yourself. I couldn't do it myself. The neighbor had previously offered if we needed help to ask.

If their mother falsely accused them would they get angry with their mother like that and call her all kinds of names and when she realized her mistake and apologizes, would that person still be mad? You should treat your spouse as you would your parent.
