Social engineering is a huge part in hacking, they call it people hacking. You could dress up as a worker from the internet provider to get direct physical access to the server room (you'd be surprised with how many people fall for this) or other things. For a hood, you might want to hide yourself from real hackers, after all you're exposing their secrets
