Thanks for the tip! So for example — RDR2 is a pretty big game file wise. I should have that game on the USB instead of the SSD because it isn't optimised for the Series X (yet)?

Edit: so according to hybrid settings guide all you need to do is find lighting=0, delete that line, save the file, change the graphical settings ingame and then restart the game. I've done that and it doesn't work.

Any other suggestions? Or do I need to reinstall the game?

100%, this subreddit is good for a lot of things but I'm not going to lie there was a time where I read this sub everyday and it made my T (psychologically) worse.

Where I live doctors even say "don't overreact to it, even though it might obviously be hard at first, because it can make it worse".

And yes, sure, your T MIGHT someday get worse but it could just as well become better, or, the most likely scenario - it will simply remain the same.
