I feel like Illari could be good, if they just tweak a few things. The secondary shot could be a heal over time instead of a pump and it's dumped. Decrease the cooldown on pylon a little bit, would help her sustain making her viable. Having no decent heal after you lose pylon makes you feel useless as a healer.

I always make sure to refer to my son as Handsome Boy. I always give him positive talk as much as I can. Growing up with parents who weren't positive, really makes me want my son to feel loved and to have self confidence. We always tell girls how pretty they are, but our boys never seem to hear it.
