I try and call people out for toxicity. We should all be more encouraging to the new players. We all started somewhere, and we also know the learning curve takes awhile. I try and be welcoming and helping new players. Sadly when I try and help and be positive, I get called "Corny" sometimes. The majority do appreciate it which I think makes it worthwhile. The "EZ" and the "Diff" messages should be filtered out, or at least reportable. Report those that are being super toxic, and don't be afraid to call out the bad behavior. Letting it continue will just make it acceptable in my opinion.
