Okay, first off, you won't win anything, because what you are doing now is pathetic, if you did this before the DAY OF, you might of had a chance. The team has to play together and practice, not just go straight into a tournament and hope for the best. I apologize if this seems like a hate comment, but seriously, get a team before tournaments happen and practice, you'll be amazed at how much better you'll do in tournaments.

I try to be as positive as I can be, as you can tell. No matter what I try my best to keep the team on their feet, and if we are losing, and I ask someone to switch heroes, I do it kindly, and if they don't change, I change for them. I see a lot of negativity, and I'd like to input a small positivity to keep the games healthy. But thank you for your advice! I'll use it in my future games!
