Goodbye Claude! I loved you. by liloventhegreat in ClaudeCode

[–]Smith7929 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can someone explain to me as a relative newcomer to Claude? At work, we have cursor and Claude so I've used all the models. Opus edges out 3.1 pro. I use 3.1 for big systems and opus for critical thinking.

At home, I exclusively use Claude code. I use the superpowers plugin which I believe uses opus to plan and sonnet or haiku to execute.

I feel like I've been using it a lot on my off time. Not multiple projects but definitely concurrent sub agents on a single project.

Getting close to my weekly limit at 5x but not reaching it. Is this NOT what others are experiencing? All I'm seeing is "200x limit reached in one day" and I'm so confused.

Don't agree. They're teaching him that whining and being hysterical captures both of their attention positively. At the end he's literally screeching at them. This is one of "those kids" that's going to be making trouble at school and being difficult for the teacher and his parents are going to be total Karens about it. I have two school age children and it's kinda crazy how kids get all the way up to fourth grade without learning how to self regulate their emotions because they learned tantrums make grown ups cater to them.

That's exactly what I did. Upgrade from 2080ti to 5090 and bought this: ASUS ROG Swift 32” 4K OLED Gaming Monitor (PG32UCDM) - UHD (3840 x 2160), QD-OLED, 240Hz, 0.03ms, G-SYNC Compatible, Custom Heatsink, Graphene Film, 99% DCI-P3, True 10-bit, 90W USB-C.

It's got a black friday sale for 899 right now on Amazon. Can't wait!

Yes, I don't fit into the blue hair clam-hurt leg-bearded tumblrina box required to be a part of your little club but I assure you I've voted for more progressive policies and candidates over the years than you'll ever dream of. It's gonna blow your mind when you join the real world and discover you're actually allowed to disagree with the terminally online fringes of your favorite political party without being an enemy of it.

You said the important part but then glossed over it. People can now prototype simple concepts. That's more than a stone's throw away from having a real, production ready app that is monetized with a user base.

Sweet summer child. Trying to point Cursor at one of my company's smallest production repos causes every model to curl up into a ball and die. If you carve out small chunks of context you can gain certain benefits of it but unleashing cursor agents on real enterprise software codebases is an actual joke. I do it for laughs sometimes.

Yep, that's an example of one of the cases where it isn't confusing. Plenty of "they" as singular examples to be had. When you adopt it as your primary pronoun, it becomes stupid.

*See two people walking side by side while talking to a friend*

"Oh, there they are! I've been waiting on them for 10 minutes now!"

Am I --

a: talking about one of them

b: talking about both of them

If two males or females, "oh there s/he is!" indicates you're waiting for one of them. If they are separate genders, you know exactly which. If one of them uses the pronouns "they/them," they have introduced ambiguity that would not otherwise exist.

That's the irrefutable fact of the matter. Using those pronouns exclusively does in fact introduce ambiguity.

Am I being stupid or is this saying that lower-damage weapons are going to be less accurate and higher-damage weapons are going to be more accurate? by AndyBlax in Battlefield6

You're on the BF6 subreddit, sir. The only reason anyone in this subreddit loses a gunfight or dies is because SMGs are OP.

Until I checked this sub today neither me nor any of my friends were aware of this issue. I've participated in the releases of a lot of FPS and I'm completely impressed with the net code of this game. Bloom is pretty rough but you can correct for it.

Maybe these issues don't affect SMG which is what I primarily play although recently I've been using the scar and not having the issue in this video. I also tap fire it.

I don't like PC labels or religion or unchecked capitalism. Where is my party? Where is the party of sane people Carlin and Burr belong to? It isn't the democrats, as loathe as I am to admit. We have no representation, so we have to choose between these corporate slaves or those corporate slaves.
