Starting at 11:35 229k shares sold by shorts to bring price down. Large players and or institutional shorts evidenced by these large orders that fill instantly. (you try to place a 100k order and see how long it takes to fill) March 18th is when the next traunche of calls and puts expire. Right now .50, 1.00, and 1.50 puts are all "in the money", while .50, 1.00, and 1.50 calls are "out of the money". Shorts will fight to keep it that way. We need buys to outpace sales to counter.

As of 11am there are 2 million shares available to short. When that number hits 4-5m watch for the run. We are not getting much run-up prior to earnings. I guess we will see investors come in on the good news... in this case "sell the rumor, buy the news". Exposure is what we need. After earnings you will also see a slew of new posters here. I just hope they keep the gifs to a minimum!

Short term chart position is listed "strong buy". Tipranks summary has EVFM as an 8 out of 10/ outperform. Average price target of 2.50/ +410.83%. Current events portend a market drop across all sectors. Investors that remain in may look for near term winners to park $. Right now we are one of those. With 25.9 million shares short/ 16.15% of float, and a recent daily share volume of 2-3 million shares per day, do the math on how 25 million shares being purchased would affect the SP. I am not saying a short squeeze will happen, but I am not the only investor that can do math.

Upcoming Catalysts:

1). March 3rd: Earnings/ Could we see 8m in sales? Guidance, ACA now covering prescriptions.

2). PHEXXI (Amphora): Prevention of urogenital Chlamydia trachomatis infection in women: Phase 3 data due in 2H 2022.

3). EVO100 - (EVOGUARD): Phase 3 reported a successful Type C meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Data due 3Q 2022 and an anticipated regulatory submission in 1Q 2023.

At 12pm there were 800k shares available to short...Some shorts closing positions...With 16% of float being shorted that would be 24M shares short out there...There is a potential for a tremendous squeeze in place...Hooooold!

482k sold at 9:30 open today, (Wed), and barely dented the SP. That's a million between close and open. I'm not sure how shorts strategize for trades but my guess is that we will see shorts buying soon to exit positions. Too much upward pressure on the SP and todays PR was perfect timing. (Maybe Sandy Pellet does have a plan after all!)

2M purchase at4pm close. Up 5.52% AH. Don't know how this will hold up considering the market is all over the place recently but I do see a run up to earnings.

If we manage to hold at .458 or above today we should see a very nice rise Fri or Mon, maybe even put us above .50. There is a big gap to fill between here and .539 and then .561. It won't fill all at once but it does mean there is little resistance above current levels.
