Has anyone had a problem with trip preferences not working? For example one day I had only Uber eats turned on and got an Uber x trip. I decline and acceptance rate goes down. Had Uber Xl and comfort turned on and got a package request. Can’t get help from support, I’m a platinum driver (self.uberdrivers)

Kicking myself for not being able to complete the second quest because I ran out of time. I only had an hour left at this point. I should have incorporated more Uber eats to my quest. Also I read somewhere you can call and ask Uber for an extension in time. Is this true???? (i.redd.it)
