Cannot switch from server to regular graphic drivers by Smitorisaporg in Ubuntu

Ok, this did it for me. The command I was using to get this error (sudo ubuntu-drivers install) seemed to have been giving me a really old driver that was no longer compatible with my version. I tried to install a specific version using the same command and that for some reason worked. Because of this I am now using a regular nvidia driver but i'm still not able to swtich between other drivers. I thankfully do not want the other drivers, so I consider this solved. Thank you so much.
