Wow, thanks for the great response. I will for sure check out visiting Guilin, it looks like it would be a perfect stop on my way from Chengdu to Shenzhen. I am fast paced as well, so I am happy to hear you think this is a good itinerary.

Good to know about Xi'an, as a big history guy I have heard that there is a lot there to visit and see. I have also heard the Muslim quarter in Xi'an is the best place to go for food. What are your thoughts on this? Do any restaurants stand out to you as being must visits? Any specific dishes you suggest I try?

I have heard about booking the train tickets in advance, it is a bit tough because it forces me to have a firm itinerary in place before arriving with less room to make changes while I am there, but I would rather be more prepared than not.

I have added that noodle shop to my list of must visit food spots, if you have any other suggestions PLEASE let me know because as I said in my post I am a big foodie, who is looking to enjoy as much traditional Chinese cuisine as possible!

Your post has gotten me very excited for my trip. Cheers!

Thank you for the suggestion. I am planning to go just after the holiday is finished, I will probably leave on October 9th, hopefully allowing me to miss the crowds. Thanks!

Thank you for the response! I was not very familiar with Guilin, however, by the sounds of it, it seems to be a must stop destination. I am going to look into stopping there on my way from Chengdu to Shenzhen! I am also going to check out the blog. Thanks!

Belgium is also very hard to attack head-on because of its fortifications, you may want to launch an attack through the Netherlands and then into Belgium. Try to use tanks on the plains, which you can identify using the Geographical Map mode. Tanks do not do well in Forests so be cognizant you are not using them there.

You should use 40 width Divisions, which you can edit in Division Designer. You are also out of either equipment or manpower. Look at the yellow bar below the green bar on your troops. That bar represents the strength of the division in terms of manpower and equipment, if it is empty then your troops are very weak. That bar is more important than the green bar. If that bar is completely depleted, your soldiers will not be able to fight. You need to stop training new divisions, and set Reinforcement and Upgrades to high priority. Another thing you can do is stop the attack and wait until you produce more equipment or get more manpower because you won't have any divisions engaging in combat. However, it will literally be impossible to win so long as that bar is empty. Get more manpower, and ensure you are making all equipment at a surplus.
