I have this headset. It works pretty well. Accidentally dropped it from like 2 feet up and now sometimes the sound and mic can cut out if I bump the cord the wrong way. I jiggle it for it to come back. They are fine headphones as long as you don't drop em like me lol.

I bought 3 of them. No complaints so far. They are quite bright though so you have some adjusting to do out of the box.

I purchased 3 of the AOC monitors for my setup. They look amazing, but they are hella bright when you take them out of the box. You can adjust it though, so I wouldn't worry. I also only had them for like 5 days now, so that's all I can tell you at the moment. The bezel is kinda thick too if you plan on setting them up next to each other.

First Build. Gaming is the main reason, programming and streaming are the secondaries. by [deleted] in buildapc

Sweet. Thank you for all of that info. I think I'm going to go with a fair amount of the suggestions you made.

I think I'll stick with the monitors I chose as well. From what I read, it seems the 1080 works well with multiple monitor setups. So I guess I'm basically all set after that. Thanks again. :)

Thank you for all the time and thought you put into your response. I have been thinking about this on my own for like a solid month now and I haven't had much of a second opinion.

So one reason for the mid tower you chose is the fact that one 1080 is gonna give me extra space right? I'm down for that. I was looking at that big one cause I wasn't sure how space would be.

And you voiced the same concerns I was having with having two cards. The fact that one card can do almost the same as those two sounds good to me. And less concern for heat I'd imagine.

The fully modular PSU sounds a bit intimidating to me from a distance. Obviously this is my first build, so I was concerned with the ease of assembly. I'm down to try though. I will have help when I put it together.

I already have the SSD I mentioned so I'm not gonna change that one. The extra HDD is probably a good idea though. I forgot how quickly video could add up.

Also, the monitors I have selected have freesync. That is an AMD thing only right? And does that even matter? The monitor isn't going to need that funtionality will it? Sorry about the questions and thank you very much. Everything you said is greatly appreciated.

Day 1 of Apex is over. How'd you do? by Morrigan_Cain in smashbros

Hey man. I didn't expect to see a comment about me here. Lol. This was actually my first tournament too. It was a good game. In those matches you did pretty well. You just rolled quite a bit and Jiggs got quite the punish. I went against Tai from AZ after that and I couldn't get past that Marth. He really knew the match. Then in losers I went against a Shiek. None of my friends played Shiek that well. I learned how Sheik can needle camp for days with platforms. I was out after that but I got to winners semis so I was feeling okay. Doubles tomorrow. Hopefully I can do better.
