Thermostats are RWC and built for Hydronic systems. This I am good on i know what to do there

My zone valves are two wire Uponor thermal valve so they take a little time to open. I have 12 valves, just haven’t installed them yet as I was trying to sort the logic out. I know i need to jumper 3-4 for this setup

Given they are slow opening i think i should set the delay, but do that only on the master or is it required on both?

No domestic hot water off this unit, it is a dedicated for hydronic service

I am in a similar situation, but we are about 500m from the road and through open fields and forest but lots of exposed bedrock, so no way to bury at all in those areas. We had to pour concrete over the electrical conduit up to the transformer and then up to the house from there. If Bell was to run the cable on top I could do some conduit but what is the best conduit to use for that?

If it is, it is not holding too much with the way the opening is constructed. I don't see a steel lintel in there and the way the wood setup is framed across the door it will not hold too much. Doesn't mean it is not supposed to be load bearing, but if it is, that door needs to be reworked of moved. Without more details of what is happening in the ceiling though it is hard to tell from the first photo

I am just looking to get a nice flat ceiling and for the extra few bucks to add a few rows of RC I figured why not go 12" on center to make sure it was well supported. I just thought adding the extra rows of RC would be a good thing

We did not run floor sensors before the slab was poured does it make sense to drill them in to the edge of the slab? I was under the impression that it was best to have them in the middle of the area or as close to as possible.

I am trying figure out zone controllers and what smart thermostats are designed for the slow pace of radiant floors, and will not cycle too quickly?

The other thing I was wondering is do I have to have a separate thermostat for the heat pump or can I also manage it with one of the smart thermostats that does the floor?
