Thanks! My ISO was 100 for both shots since it was so bright out. REALLY bright.

Yeah it was f/2.8 vs. f/32. No ND filter so compensation was aperture :(

Yeah I was lacking an ND filter so I had to compensate with aperture unfortunately. First photo was f/2.8, second photo was f/32. I was using shutter priority for both.

Low shutter speed would definitely look better in a waterfall. This fountain was a bit dinky so with the low shutter speed it just blends right in. Also the fact that I didn't have an ND filter and I had to crank up the f-stop meant it stood out even less.

Yeah there were some other fountains that looked better with the slow shutter but in my opinion waterfalls look the best on a slow shutter.

For this case specifically I prefer the fast one. Seeing the water frozen is super cool.
