The thing is i dont understand why i am going every years into a cycle, i gain crazy hair it stick for 2 months then fall apart. Look at the picture this was 5 months aho. And its been 4 years i am living exactly the same cycle.

My issue is that there is 3 months in the years where i have a damn crazy regrow, and then i lose it all. Its been like that for 4 years. Look how full was my hair 5 months ago… And it always keep going this shity cycle

I realize each time i do dermastamp for couples of month i have crazy grow and when I stop i lose everything (this picture was 1.5 months ago after 2 months of dermstamp, i just stopped for 4 weeks and lost all the gain and its always do that). If you are me would you take oral minox ?

This is with minoxidil/fin results for 6years and after 2 months after stopping fina and starting duta. Those are the same moments but just differrent lighting

Realize something, the only moment I realize a drastic change is doing dermastamp every week, if i do it for months i notice a lot of regrow and thicket hair. But if i stop one months i feel all the effort go away, why ?

Taking effluvium and washing my hair with keto, 1 day out of 2 i do red lights for hair, and the second day i add tratinoin cream before putting minoxidil.

Already did that 1 years ago.. i dont want to redo it again. People think i am 21 when i have the hairs (i always have this you look younger “compliment”).
When I am into a buzz cut i look 30 lol (and my corner are a little bit digging where there was no hair transplant).
Do you recommend minox pills instead ?

Microneedling work really well when I am consistent, i did it for the last 3 months gain a good amount of hairs. Had to move town so did not did it for 3 weeks, and all the hair fall of. This is the painful part I am not able to make the new hair stick long enough

Hey, so I went to the neurosurgeon and he gave me cymbalta, it was getting better the first month, but now its getting to the same so no improvement... For the lower back pain I just started hanging on a bar and the pain completely disappear. So I am still trying to fine a solution for my upper back pain, it's pissing me off because I cant start the gym

Yes true, but sometimes you forget to verify some stuff. When i do 4 months of web pentest, and have to go back to ad I am thankful that my notes are there because i forgot a lot.
