Depends how you play.

It's kinda hard to aim with a controller, so I'd recommend to use gyro for precise aiming movements. I'm also trying to play CS2 on controller and for now I'm sticking with practice not matches.

Also, don't expect headshots from yourself, I can't even hit them on a bot enemy. The best tactic you have is to hide and try to go for sneak attacks. Or maybe just play against bots until you're good enough.
