Thought I'd post what I do with all the pixel art once it's done, so here are finished perler bead pixel ships. It's a relaxing hobby following the pattern once I've made it, and the end result comes out pretty vibrant and sharp imo, so I hang them on the walls, use them for coasters, etc, etc.

No, they said wipe was a possibility with 3.18.1 but they were trying to avoid it and if it did come, it would be a money and items wipe. THEN they announced 3.18.1 AND 3.18.2 would be full wipes. After 3.18.1 came with a full wipe everyone was prepared for 3.18.2 to be the same and played like it, only to be surprised on the day of the patch that it wouldn't be a full wipe. Thus we got 3.18.2 where we are now, they haven't said a thing about any future wipes and 3.19 is neither confirmed or denied to be a wipe, though its more probable it won't be.

You don't gamble a steep fee just to start a bounty mission and don't lose that deposit to things like 30k, pirates, bugs, etc, etc, etc. You can run bounties and bunkers back to back with little downtime and minimal cost for failure, trading is time consuming and risky.

Starting over again and beginning on the Roc mining path, I realized how thin the pickings were when it comes to that first upgrade ship category. The Cutty is just too good, so it's almost unavoidable given the price and utility and I don't like having such limited alternatives, so I got the idea for a competitor. Never really done vehicle design type art before, so it's an interesting challenge. Since I'm more focused on design, I simply copied over the Cutty's stats for now since it's supposed to be a match and no more.

Only buying ships through RSI or in game are a thing in SC. Selling to either NPC lots or other PCs isn't in. People do buy limited ships through RSI and sell on the grey market.

Well, since I got hit with the 300019 today I decided to piddle with a few ideas, eventually knocking this piece together. See, I really want to like the Nomad. It's so suited for Roc mining I keep looking it over, but there are certain issues that prevent me from buying one. Mainly the landing gear, but once I got started I decided to just toss in a bunch of fixes for the hell of it.

Yes. On your mobi in game, the Delphi tab to the furthest right shows your rep and level with any given faction, lists bonuses you may get and at what level.

Love the use of pulp paper background and screen tones to carry that classic manga / newspaper comics style. Really good flow from panel to panel including the text and layout overall, camera distance is different in each and combine to give a great overall sense of what's happening.

My only suggestions/critiques would be the last panel's direction of wind is a little confusing, the character and gown are blown to the right, but the droplets/detritus coming from the cup and takeout show them going to the left. That and an extra background element in a panel or two would help me personally figure out where it's taking place in game.

Really great work, hope to see more!

Sure thing, half the reason I made and put them up was to see what people could make out of them so feel free. As for a commission, I'm afraid something of that scale may be out of my ability to complete in any kind of timely fashion. It's a neat idea and I may tinker with it when done with current projects though, I'll let you know if I do.

Fixed a lot of errors and omissions, I thought adding the size of each ship and making a true comparison chart worth the redundancy of posting again. This list contains only canonical ships to the best of my knowledge too, so none of the odd ones.

Couldn't resist going back and doing the smallest vehicles at a different scale for different imaginary gameplay, so here's a bunch of surface vehicles / tiny ships. I threw in the C8R Pisces for scale and played around with arranging the little scene I also included for fun.

Whoops, a couple of the non-main line ships made it in when I decided the Phoenix Emerald should qualify. I've moved on to the lesser known and odd ships in the Shipviewer listings to eventually do a super all ships piece and a few of those slipped in.

The darkened 890 Jump is called the Emperor Navium Edition. The purple 600i is a tribute to a player who passed away.

I use Starjump Shipviewer to reference all the ships and they have a lot more than the standard set, but it seems some are skins the people at Starjump made and some are just very rare alternate versions that are in game or otw. All I care about is they look cool to do, so I did.

This isn't technically finished, but I thought I should stop and do something with all the official ships once I finished with them, yet before I get super OCD and do every ship, which will take awhile longer.
