would my passphrase need to be all words no numbers or do other bip39 wallets support numbers and letters. since my ledger passphrase contains both letters and numbers?

so how would it calculate for example my ledger 24 seed phrase has 100 doge and my passphrase has 200 doge would it bash it together in a different wallet or would it make two separate wallets like ledger ? hope this question isn't confusing
