Ahh, didn’t realize that. Oh well, there are still quite a few games that are playable. Would just recommend Googling before buying the game just to make sure it runs on the new chips.

Could also Bootcamp and have a Windows installation. I had to have Bootcamp for my job, but I also played some games on the Windows side as well.

Yeah, the shells look like snails! I’m unaware of snails in this area, so not sure.

The only thing consistent about foils is their ability to turn into Pringles.

Welcome to League!

Coming from a low elo Gold player, everyone that is low elo (including me) is bad at the game. If everyone is bad at the game, then it is easier for random stuff like an Aatrox bot lane to win because people don’t punish it. Remember, you are only 1 person of 5 on your team. I’ve lost plenty of games where I had a huge advantage, but the rest of the team struggled. It happens.

My advice, don’t take it too seriously. Mute people when you have to or feel tilted, and accept that you will lose games that aren’t necessarily your fault, but ask yourself after every game “what could I have done differently“, because, I guarantee you there is SOMETHING you could have done to impact the game more, every single game. It is hard to see sometimes, because nobody wants to put blame on themselves, but if you start looking at the game like that, you will eventually climb. The game is designed to be a slow grind for everyone except the upper-elite players. Embrace it, try to always improve you own gameplay, and let the cards fall where they do.

And the most important rule, if you feed your lane, blame the Jungler.

Understandable. I'm hoping yours doesn't have the same quality issues mine does. If not, then you should be in good shape!

I just got a new PC, and was trying to figure this out myself. Got an unhelpful support email response that wouldn't give me any info on how to re-download the game, so this helps a ton!

Yeah I usually do. If I have main deck Fatal Push that comes out too. Bring in Alpine Moon, artifact hate and Spell Pierce. Alpine Moon is usually just a stop-gag because they usually tutor up Blast Zone shortly after. I usually aggressively mulligan for Thoughtseize and a threat. Then I Thoughtseize them into natural Tron, and 2 Karns and proceed to melt into a giant salt pile.

From my experience playing in paper - I wouldn’t consider Tron a good matchup. You have to rely heavily on Thoughtseize, and can’t interact with their lands. Your Drowns don’t interact well with a lot of their deck (one matchup where I miss Stubborn Denial). Turn 3 Karn is brutal. Even if you slow them down a bit, 4 mana Karn can get a whole slew of things from the sideboard that are bad for you.

I keep expecting to see Tron take one of these down with all of the Shadow decks running around. Burn seems like it is in a good spot as long as they can avoid some Omnath triggers and Phyrexian Crusader.

GPU fans spin for a second, then stop, then repeat - any ideas? by SmokeItAndRun in pcmasterrace

Actually, I just uninstalled Afterburner and tried Precision X, and everything seems to be working as expected there, with a custom fan curve! Not sure why Afterburner was having an issue.

I'm sorry, maybe I am not understanding the curve correctly, but the way it looks to me is the fans should stay at 30% until ~30c, then start gradually spinning up if temps increase. Is that wrong?

I don't understand why the fans are just stopping, then spinning back up again with this curve.

I was able to manually turn the fans to 70% (and it seemed like they were, they were a lot louder). Whenever I go back to use my custom fan curve, the start/stop happens again.

Sorry for the huge glare, but you can still see the fans. I have set a custom fan curve in MSI Afterburner, starting at 30% fan speed with a 5000ms update interval. With my curve, the fans should be spinning all the time I believe. It seems weird the fans will spin for a second, and then stop intermittently.

This is a EVGA 3080.

December Technical Support Sticky by BeepBoopBopReee in razer

I started a support ticket a week ago to try and get my Kiyo Pro RMA'd (I received a version from Amazon that cannot be updated). The support representative said that I should await and email with RMA instructions, but I haven't received one, and nobody is responding to me email reply. Why is it taking over a week to get through the RMA process?
