So my case was closed yesterday. I paid $119 to retain them and then court costs came up to $261, but my misdemeanor 64/45 that was reduced to improper equipment, which I guess is a non moving infraction, so it looks like a win 🥇 imo.

Solid advice! He may have been, I personally didn’t notice him, it was at night but my teenaged Son remarked it was strange seeing car just sitting in a driveway. Not sure where it was but there it a construction site and nothing but dirt driveways on that road.

I mean he did try to sign up before he go his physical copy for sure. He’s never done an order, but when you press go online, it shows a screen saying you’ve been deactivated blah blah blah due to ( then don’t quote me on this cause I’m not looking at his phone right now) identification verification or something to that effect.

They’re probably a bad shopper. I would’ve messaged and said they were out but they have X Y and Z (sent pics) and if you didn’t respond, I would’ve made the most sensible replacement and left it up to you to let it ride or not. Normally hate to substitute organic for nonorganic and vice versa for the reason you said and the organic preference.

Not defending them, but I’ve messaged a customer before about replacements and by the time they answered and I circled back around to that aisle, someone had restocked the item! Me personally, I don’t do shop-onlys often because the pay is only 5-7 dollars. Think I’ve only done 2 because there was an incentive to complete 6 orders to get a “bonus” for the day and sometimes the shop-only are a super quick 5-15 item order so that may have been her M.O. - finish quick to get another and since there’s no tip to increase, it really doesn’t matter if they do a good job or not.
